Review on 🚿 GROHE Concetto Tub Spout 13366000 in Starlight Chrome by Brandon Hunter

This spout is defective. We just installed it and it blew in the tub the first time we took a shower. The brass bushing inside the spout with the set screw that (presumably) holds the entire block in place stayed on the nipple while the rest of the spout was pressure fired. If all that's holding that brass bushing in a plastic bushing in a real metal spout is GLUE or an interference fit, then we have a big problem with this product. It's defective and now I want my money back. I will never use Grohe again. I also have an issue with the shower valve design.
