This spout is defective. We just installed it and it blew in the tub the first time we took a shower. The brass bushing inside the spout with the set screw that (presumably) holds the entire block in place stayed on the nipple while the rest of the spout was pressure fired. If all that's holding that brass bushing in a plastic bushing in a real metal spout is GLUE or an interference fit, then we have a big problem with this product. Every buyer should know that this product is non-slip sanitary ware. This means that it is NOT connected to the water supply via a THREADED CONNECTION. While this wasn't a huge issue for me, it might be. The seller's description was not clear enough on this and I was under the impression that it could be used in either a slip fit or threaded connection.
