Should have just gone to the plumbing
It was a waste of time and I should have just gone to the plumbing. The box was open, the papers were on the outside of the box and it looked like it had been opened. The nozzle has no cover as in another photo in another review. he goes back I wish I had read the reviews but we were happy with the Grohe products we bought 20 years ago. Also, getting them to redeem their guarantee is almost impossible. I was just replacing the shower heads when they stopped breaking and now I'm using American made parts.
