Another review on behalf of my husband: 1. They are perfect for Jeep2. The instructions were clear. (His comment: any self-respecting man needs no instructions and can apply them to pure intuition!) His first comment was to use working intuition, which I sneered is usually a feminine trait. He wanted to replace it with "intuitive feeling" but since I'm writing this for him... "intuition" is .3. I am very happy with their performance. The tailgate no longer hits me over the head in the cold winter months. * I think the temperature will make the old ones less effective? Regardless, they work great.4. I remember another review mentioning the difficulty of removing old racks and possibly the need to use a drill on these parts. The husband reported that no drilling was required to install the new ones, but the old ones were a bit "stubborn" to take them off.
