Review on πŸ”Œ Crank n Charge Starter Solenoid Replacement for Johnson, OMC, and Evinrude Outboard Motors - Boost SEO by Mark Perry

I've screwed it up TWICE now. Poor quality of this particular product.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Received and cracked in half in the box. The message was intertwined, like someone tried to use it, destroyed it and sent it back, and then I believe it was sent straight to me. I figured it was just bad luck so I got a refund and bought another one. I just received it yesterday and tried to put it on 15 minutes ago. This time it was in perfect condition. screwed it in, started connecting wires and terminals, turned the top nut half a turn, and the whole thing snapped in half. It literally looked exactly like the one that broke the first time. They're made of fragile, cheap plastic. The OEM solenoid on my '84 Evinrude was so well made I could throw it on concrete and not break it. But yeah, I don't buy anymore. I'm done and I hope no one else has to deal with what I've done. I won't disparage the company because as far as I know anything they sell can be amazing. There aren't that many of these solenoids.
