Premium Silicon Carbide Sandpaper - Much harder grit than regular sandpaper or Emory paper
, I needed to polish some stones to a roughly flat surface. It may not have polished as quickly as a fresh diamond impregnated surface, but it worked well. I have found that diamond impregnated surfaces often fill up with the resulting powder quite quickly, thereby losing their ability to grind/polish.
