I am amazed at the quality of this product. Of course before buying it I had no idea how well it was made. But in this price point I figured it'd be something that would be somewhere between total garbage and something usable. I have used much more expensive items. In particular, Joe McNally endorsed and designed a very similar shape of teardrop reflectors by " luma something" and that had been on my wish list for some time. But at well over $100 it was just a wish. After receiving this I have removed that item from my wishlist and will be seeking this manufacturer for many more products. I used the McNally designed reflector and this product is as well made as it is. The McNally product have slightly different features but how they charge $100 more for a product is clearly due to his name and not the product. This reflector is just so well made. The material for the frame and the handle is thick and substantial. The handle is is rigid and allows the reflector to be held by the handle at any angle. It does not sag at the handle like other reflectors and allows me to hand hold this will shooting with my other hand. The other colors that go on to the frame are actually a pocket that zips up and slides onto the frame. The zip up pocket is black/white and gold/silver. To change colors, unzip slightly remove the pocket from the frame and turn it inside out and put it back on the frame for the other colors. With white diffuse being the color hard sewn to the frame. I was expecting a thin strip of Velcro that you would attach the needed color to. With that I would always have to constantly be stretching and readjusting. That is not the case with this product. The zip up pocket fits perfectly and when attached looks like it is hard sewn onto the frame and requires an examination to determine it is removable. The zipper has good sized teether and are sewn with a decent edge that prevent it from binding on the nylon material I can not say any more about how well made this product is. It is of such high quality that folding it and then subsequently letting it open, the material of the frame is thick enough that it springs open with quite a robust velocity and also putting it away takes more strength than you would think, mind you it's not enough that you would need assistance but again it's just doesn't meet the same requirements that other $16 items do. It is stored very conveniently in a bag. The price was so low that I ended up buying two that way if I needed to have silver and gold or black and white or any combination thereof I could do it. I could not be any more happier with this product as a matter of fact I will be seeking out this brand for all of my reflector purchases and needs.
