Did a trick to stop vibration when idling

Very easy to change in my Mazda 3. After digging, idle vibrations immediately disappeared. To remove the old bracket from the bracket I used a large flathead screwdriver to slightly bend one of the tabs and then bent all the way with pliers. To install the new bracket, I slipped it into the bracket, bent the tab a little with pliers, and then just tightened it in a vise. Let's see how long this lasts. At least it's cheap and easy to replace. Update: It took about 1 month for the vibration to come back worse than a broken factory mount. I think I'll order an OEM replacement. Although they are also short-lived, a few years is better than 1 month.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Hard to tell
