Simple solution to intermittent failures

I purchased this fan in December for installation in a house under construction. I read reviews and am an optimist when it comes to negative reviews - out of thousands sold, only dissatisfied ones write, right? I've been in the house for a week and the fan is doing EXACTLY what other reviews say, intermittent failure. I'm grateful I spoke to customer service who gave permission to the recipient. It hasn't been printed yet, so you won't find it in the manual. Holding the 0 button and double pressing the light button will quickly reset the dimmer and fix the intermittent issue.
