Good quality bright LEDs. The slot is 80mm x 5mm. So if you are laser cutting acrylic for this you will either need to start with a 5mm blank or use a 6mm blank and raster a lip to fit the slot. I chose the latter and my pieces worked well and looked great. I haven't had flashlights long enough to know how battery efficient they are, but it's good to have a USB cable in case batteries eat them up. The remote works well too, with the strobe and fade functions working as expected. There is a third function (can't remember the name now) that worked fine but didn't cycle through all the colors. Otherwise they are nice bulbs.
