Review on Innfinit POS by Todd Phillips

The customer service has been amazing! They are always there to help me with any issues I may be having. Their support team works really hard when they do respond to an issue you have. Sometimes it takes a few days to get back to you but once we do our communication flows very well. As of now this is my favorite point-of-sale system out there because everything about their products fit my needs perfectly. There isn't anything that I dislike at all so far as far as using it in my restaurant goes. It's easy enough to use and navigate through without getting confused too often. We also love how customizable they make things are. From time to time the payment gateway will not work right after implementing them into the store which can cause some confusion amongst customers if they want to pay by credit card. This was solved quickly though and no longer affects us anymore.
