Update:: changed my rating to 2 because the replacement machine I was sent didn’t even last as long as the first one! And they never sent me my $ they swore I would get. Now I want every dime I spent on this bs back! I had to buy a whole new machine causing my business production to slow down. I want my money back! Update: Changed rating to 4 stars because I was actually contacted about my defective machine and currently have a new on the way. I will change my rating to 5 stars once I receive the new one and it works the way it’s supposed to! I greatly appreciate this company reaching out to me and working with me to get my defective machine replaced with a new one!.Works good.but for whatever reason.maybe a couple weeks after I bought it, the arm stopped swinging and I’m very upset that I spent money on a product that barely works! I’ve tried everything and it still won’t turn.
