I like how it allows me to keep track of my employees time in minutes instead of hours as well as their attendance which is something we have never been able to do before with our previous software package! Also being able to send out emails directly from this program has helped us cut down greatly on paperwork needed when sending an email via paper or other means such as snail-mail etc., It would be nice if you could customize some things more than just changing colors but having them available at your fingertips so they can change themselves without needing someone else there everytime with access rights set correctly (which takes training).
