We bought a tablet for our sons vacation. Upon opening it was clear that it had been damaged in transit. It was a tiny tear so we figured we could avoid the hassle of returning. Within 72 hours of minimal use the crack had spread and you could no longer see the screen, forcing us to make a horrible return. Me, to our surprise, the seller was great! We literally had a new tablet to replace the damaged one within 24 hours of notification! There was no waiting or back and forth, no hassle, just a surprisingly low rate of return! The new tablet is AMAZING! Didn't hurt at all and works great. I give this tablet a 10 for ease of access and features. It is very fast and easily loads multiple apps at the same time. I give the seller 20 out of 10 points! They handled what could be an awful and time consuming problem with grace, ease and great customer service!
