Exactly what we needed
These steps are exactly what we needed, a temporary solution for our older dog who loses confidence on our stairs. The rug itself is a lot softer than I expected and the print adds a bit of brightness. I'm also pleasantly surprised at how much they block out noise. The sticky backing makes for easy installation but isn't so sticky that it mars the floor. I measured 6 inches from the wall and used chalk to mark where each step should be. Installed yesterday, VERY happy today.
