Does not work as described

We had no problems with it until it rained for about 5 hours during our trip. All our luggage was wet, there was puddles of water in the bag when we got home and one of our padded suitcases had puddles of water as well. My laptop, charger and other electronic cables were in this bag. I had to buy a new charger for my laptop because it didn't work. Fortunately, my laptop was not damaged at all. I contacted the seller/manufacturer 3 times to resolve this issue before deciding to return the item through Revain. I wouldn't buy it again for fear other products will work the same way.
