Terrible for bagels. Bad toast

Absolutely the worst bagel toaster ever. You must flip the bagels to toast the right side. Even if a bagel is plated, it looks like a stone on the outside, not crispy. The inside of the bagel is left raw. I wish I could return it. Now I'm stuck with it. Looks good but doesn't work well. Just buy a good toaster and save yourself the hassle.
