I have not fully showered with this setup yet, as I just put it together. When I ran the water, it dribbles a little out of the connection between the holder and the hose. Note that this is a connection that the instructions said not to use teflon tape on, so I didn't. The teflon-taped connection between the holder and the shower arm is totally fine. I made sure the connection (that dribbles) is tightly connected, and I don't want to tighten any further for fear of stripping the threads. However, I might try again later after it dries and is less slippery. The dribbling isn't very much, so it's not worth replacing or officially complaining, but it's just a little disappointing, so I removed one star. If I manage to get it to stop dribbling, I will consider adding a star.A side tip to buyers setting the shower head up: When you apply the teflon tape, wrap it around so that the end of the tape points the same direction as you will be twisting the holder on (clockwise). Otherwise, the screw threads will catch on the tape and crumple it up, potentially ruining its ability to prevent leaks.
