No direct exchange with 99 Honda Accord OEM Parts.

I see it was advertised to work on a 1998-2002 Honda Accord. While technically correct, since the inlet snaps into place perfectly, it faces away from the tube, so it won't directly replace your OEM atomizer (you'll have to extend the water hose another inch to connect it).
