Amazing and Spectacular

Buy this with the intention of using it regularly from DVD. I wanted to learn the DVD and then do it myself but the coaching is so good and doesn't take long. I looked into it, by the way, because my podiatrist recommended them. First Review: Wow, I'm surprised. I've struggled with foot and ankle pain for the past two years (I'm only 20). I only started using them yesterday, but I've definitely noticed my legs have more mobility. The muscles in my legs feel more relaxed after using it. I plan to use it in the morning before a workout and at night before bed. Often this may not be necessary for most people to feel results. I think this is good for me and my daily pain. Something I really wasn't expecting was how well the toes stretch! I had no idea I had to stretch my toes, but I'm definitely going to keep doing it now. If it's your first time using them, definitely sit down with a little patience to get into the rhythm. Also, pay attention to the circle on the foot diagram to figure out where to place your foot on the ball. I thought the circle just showed the target area. 3 Months Later: Okay, I overdid it a little at first and soon loosened up. I started using them again and the stretch is such a good pain. This product is worth every penny. I have a fused, broken middle toe that I had x-rayed and my doctor says there isn't much that can be done about it. I used splints every night and still got sick. It taught me that the finger needs movement, stretch and flexibility. When I loosen the base of that finger it hurts me a lot and I always know it's time to break it. If you find yourself hesitating at first, just admit it. Decide whether to try to continue or set a reminder to come back.
