Amazing and Spectacular

Buy this with the intention of using it regularly from DVD. I wanted to learn the DVD and then do it myself but the coaching is so good and doesn't take long. I looked into it, by the way, because my podiatrist recommended them. First Review: Wow, I'm surprised. I've struggled with foot and ankle pain for the past two years (I'm only 20). I only started using them yesterday, but I've definitely noticed my legs have more mobility. The muscles in my legs feel more relaxed after using it. I planโ€ฆ

June 2021. I still use them as part of my overall plantar fasciitis treatment plan. I haven't had any inflammation for many years. I attribute this to the contribution of physical therapy, exercise, stretching and similar products. I know what pain to expect if I stop using this in my routine. It's been over 6 years and they are still used regularly. UPDATE: July 2015. I am still using this product and continue to feel relief. I had such an improvement that I stopped using it for a few monthsโ€ฆ

It really works.

They really work. About a month after I started climbing, I developed plantar fasciitis in both feet. I was shocked as I am barefoot most of the time and have never had a problem with foot pain. I also run (although I'm not particularly fast) and have never had pain in my legs from running. So. Too much backpack weight, too fast I think. The pain was mainly in the arches of my feet, although I did have burning/tingling/pain/swelling on the soles of my feet. Every step felt like a knife in theโ€ฆ
