I decided to switch to home WAN format and settled on this particular model based on a YouTube video. And I've seen many, many of these videos. Let's get to the problem I just encountered. One of the motors had malfunctioned and was making a terribly loud crunching noise when lifting and lowering. My wife, who also lives on another floor, knew when I raised/lowered the table. I have a relatively light desktop rig that matches the weight capacity of this frame, so there wasn't a weight issue. While it's discouraging, I understand that mistakes do happen. I contacted HAIAOJIA customer service and they were responsive and willing to help by sending replacement motors after seeing/hearing about the problem. Their customer service is overseas so most replies came in overnight (I'm in EST) if that matters. I replaced the motor and now the table works as intended. Very quiet, smooth-running and stable. The frame itself was packaged very well and the frame itself was easy to assemble and solid. It feels solid and at my standing setting of 44, wobble is minimal. Overall I'm satisfied, if a bit skeptical about the long-term performance of the motor. So thank you HAIAOJIA for the good product and efficient customer service.
