I am 5ft 9 inches tall and weigh 160 pounds. about the size. Some say the clothes run small, others say they are too big. I figured that like other Chinese clothing, I might even need US men's clothing in plus sizes. As it turned out, the average size is huge, and the sleeves are fit for an NBA player. The pants are big but wearable. I suspect sizes vary from one production run to the next, which is worse than expecting them to vary by one size all the time, which you can compensate for. I will not be returning them as I have already worn them on a couple of trips and I understand that returned clothes usually end up in landfill. The quality is good for the price. They are not for extreme cold, but for the transition from 40 to 60 F. As I write this from central Illinois in late February, it may be many days or 2 months away.
