Absolutely perfect. It is extremely important to look at the photos and compare your old fan assembly to make sure it matches exactly. Accords use different brands of radiators from the factory and have different mounting points. I removed the old fan to have a closer look, compared the photos and it started working as an OEM. The complete installation took less than 10 minutes (I already had a plastic cover on the underside of the car under the radiator). Another advantage: The new fan unit does not "rattle" like my old fan housing. The new unit has eliminated the annoying rattle under the hood when the engine is running under load.
