Very helpful platform in terms finding and storing medical records
The most impressive thing about totalmed is how easy it made my job of transcribing doctor's notes into patient reports very easy! They have wonderful customer support, which helps me with any issues I may encounter when using this product. I can easily access my files anywhere at anytime without having to worry about losing them or forgetting where they are stored. Sometimes there were times when I needed help with certain features but since i am not able to speak Spanish, their customer service team was unable to provide me assistance even though they know English. This makes me feel like I'm stuck waiting for someone who doesn't understand what I need or want. But overall, I would recommend other users to give it try because it really helped me with my work flow by making things easier than ever before.
- Their transcription software works well almost all day long every single time you use something that requires your attention in order too keep track of everything going o n within one program such as word instead if two different programs being used separately
