If you're wondering if Purestream does what you think it does (at least at full power). Due to some health issues the function of the enema was important to me and this is one of the main reasons why I wanted a bidet about 5 years ago. I tried another one first, which got good marks for "turbo wash". But apparently I'm a tough nut and he was strong enough to work occasionally - if I somehow got super-relaxed and found the right position. In this case too, practically no water was introduced. So I wrote off the on-demand enema bidet as a failed experiment. However, my wife and I are used to the bidet doing its normal job so I attempted to replace it. When I searched again for recommendations for a bidet with an effective enema function, the most recommended models are from Bio Bide. However, I noticed that most of these items were on bidet websites and only featured Bio Bidet and a few other manufacturers. User reviews were mixed at best. To be clear, I've never tried the bio bidet model, so I'm not scolding them personally. However, I did find several data points to suggest that flushing the Lotus Purestream (at least in the model I bought) was the shop enema's strongest feature. Since the features and price were comparable to the Biobidet and I did not find any user reviews containing different opinions about the features of the enema, I chose it and am very glad I did. So that's what sets her apart from the crowd. Otherwise, you get what you pay for when it comes to bidet seats. All electronic models have about the same level of difficulty to install and all manufacturers have a similar range of models with similar menus as the price increases. If I'm trying to find something to complain about, the only LED seat light I've bought is a white LED strip to perform basic bidet functions without a remote. It's on the side of the seat and sort of illuminates the supply hose and (in my case) the power cord/socket. Just from an aesthetic point of view I would prefer if the mechanics were not visible. The last bidet seat I had had softer blue LED lighting illuminating the bowl. While both serve to turn off the overhead light for going to the toilet, which is nice, my old seat looked much better in a dark room.
