Leaks and loose in my review
I really wanted this to work because I don't want a long extender and this one looks perfect. But the o rings that came with it are slightly too small and go into the pipe instead of resting on it like they're supposed to so water just goes around the o ring and comes out. O rings of the correct size would fix this easily. Also even when tightened the whole thing remains loose so your showerhead will move around. Not good.
