The ease of use in creating new tickets or responding is fantastic - it's so simple that even I can do this without needing training from someone else (which was my experience with ticketing software before).
It also allows us access via our mobile devices which makes life easier as we're able navigate through an issue when away form home base/office etc.- but you need some sorta internet connection- otherwise there are certain functions like chat where one needs to be at their desk if they want those features available. We've been using casenigo since about 2015 now & have had no issues whatsoever throughout all these years because everything has always worked perfectly well together seamlessly.
