Correct fit for Mazda5 but misalignment.

This is the correct size and shape for the Mazda5, but the inlets face the driver's side, not the passenger's side where the washer fluid reservoir is located. Luckily I already had a spare hose so I was able to get them working with the adapters that came with them. This was easy but can be problematic if you have to go to an auto parts store to get another hose to finish the job. They also work great and have a nice fanned spray pattern that easily covers the entire windshield.
