Available option: Light Panels

Cute little lights. They're not the brightest, but they're one of the cheapest. Used them to replace 2 round halogen street lights on the front of an old Joyner buggy. Removed 4 round tops and attached a light panel from another company. These little flashlights put out quite a bit of light for their size. I would say they are somewhere between a stain and a tide. Not as "blotchy" as, for example, the Baja design slick. They're more like a flood of Baja designs. The accommodation seems well made for the money. The wiring harness looks good. The mounts could use longer screws, but this varies by application so you can't really blame them. I put longer bolts and some washers under mine to raise it over the front bumper area. For me, installation is a simple cut and connect. The old headlights were already connected so I just cut them off, spliced them together and shrunk them over the joint. Only two wires, so like everything else, all you need is power and ground and you're good to go. The relay setting can be used or not. I already had relays, but wouldn't be afraid to connect them directly. Maybe not the brightest and most powerful ever made, but for the money I'm happy. Off-road headlights wear out, and unless you spend hundreds of dollars on good, top-of-the-line headlights, they're cheap enough to run until you run out and buy a new pair. If you don't drive Baja I'm sure they'll be great for your weekend getaway. Light bars can be seen on just about everything these days, and at this price point for the amount of light they produce, maybe that's why.
