This Kreg jig is quite amazing. There are some other tools you can also use to screw deck boards from the side vise on top, which is very important. The screws on the top of the board don't look as good as other reviewers claim, which could lead to maintenance issues. The Kreg mount really shines with its ability to help you evenly space the boards when building a deck. The ability to drill/screw at an angle helps secure areas that you wouldn't otherwise be able to attach at 90 degrees - useful for my single-edge, multi-angle deck. A handy tip: if your boards are warped (like some of my cedar boards) you may find it helpful to jump from one end of the board to the other. You have more flexibility and the ability to manipulate the board. Once you have the ends where you want them you can go back and screw the board all the way down.
