My previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy A3 2022, and I used it for several years. I did not have a single complaint. In 2022, I made the decision to switch out the device. After purchasing this low-cost "wonder of technological ingenuity from Samsung," I started having issues with the Internet, and occasionally, I would lose my connection to other people. I got in touch with the customer service website. Include a screenshot with information like the firmware version, build number, and so on. I was given a stock response along with a link to a page that detailed the measures that were recommended. I did everything that was recommended to me (reset the cache multiple times, adjusted the smartphone parameters for accessing the Internet from a mobile operator, and reset the operating system), but it did not help. The final piece of advice given by the technical support team was to get in touch with the service center. Surprisingly, our regional center does not have such a service, although there are other options for customers with iPhones. He requested that I provide him with the names and phone numbers of at least one reliable service center. Silence in response. In addition to all of the aforementioned "attractions" of utilizing the Internet on this gadget, there is an additional important disadvantage, and that is the device's low reception quality. Typically, either they are unable to get through to me or I am unable to get through to them. I put the SIM cards back into the old phone, and now there are no issues with the Internet connection or any other aspect of the communication system at all. Even if there were some issues with some of Samsung's home appliances that fell within the margin of statistical error, I continued to be a fan of Samsung before I purchased this device. Now, with an attitude like that, I can't help but be disappointed in this organization. At this point, I would not advise anyone to purchase this smartphone or any of the other items made by this firm.
