Review on 🔇 Efficient & Silent 1-1/2" Sump Pump Check Valve for Noise-Free Operation by John Lewis

I just replaced my original check valve with this one and was amazed at the transformation. Our drain pump is under our bedroom so it's easy to hear. We lived with the noise for many years until we replaced the pump about 2 years ago. The noise was drastically reduced, but you could still hear a slight gurgle when the pump started and a double tap of the check valve when the pump shut off. After installing this valve, there is no double thumping and almost no gurgling. That's great. I also like that the valve is transparent so you can see how it works. Highly recommended.
