I really like the idea that this is rechargeable, it can be used while you do house work, you are not tied down to one place like other belts that must be plugged in to work. I charged it one time for about 4 to 6 hours, used it twice for 15 minutes each time and was still going strong, seems to hold a charge fairly well. The belt has three heat levels, I prefer the highest level, works best for me. You can use this on the bare skin on the lowest heat level, but for the other two you need to put around your clothes, since it would probably burn the bare skin on the two highest levels. The vibration has three positions also, continuous, pulse and intermittent, all three of these levels are pretty strong. The two minor things that kept me from giving a five star was, 1. It is pretty loud and 2. it barley fits me, I'm 250 pounds and PRETTY FAT GUY!, NEEDS TO BE LARGER FOR FATTIES LIKE ME. Lol. Other than that this will work for me , just make it some bigger.
