Overall:The heating pad heats up quickly and is hotter than other similar pads I've tried. I usually use heating pads at their hottest setting and don't find them to be strong enough. I usually use this one at the medium or even low level and am very happy to have the extra heat when I need it. First and foremost the extra tightening band that they added to this new version helps so much! I love how I can make it super tight to get the most out of the vibration. The heat is great on my lower back and the three different vibrations settings at just enough variation. I left this thing on my back for hours. I really like the idea that this is rechargeable, it can be used while you do house work, you are not tied down to one place like other belts that must be plugged in to work. I charged it one time for about 4 to 6 hours, used it twice for 15 minutes each time and was still going strong, seems to hold a charge fairly well. The device is pretty overpriced for what it is, but it was FSA eligible which is a plus.One issue I have had, however, is with the Hyperice companion app. Inside of it, you can set all the parameters of your treatment: duration (up to 30 mins), heat (3 levels), and massage (just three different types of vibration).Now it had been working fine before, but it got to low battery once while I was using it and the app gave me a warning telling me the battery level was too low and I needed to charge.

I wake up with such a tender low back, especially because of how cold it is when I go to my workouts early in the morning. Wow, so the vibration works better than I expected. I've tried a few heated/vibrating back wraps, and this one definitely has more tingly/intense vibration than the others. If you're buying this mainly for the vibration massage, I think you would like it. The vibration has three settings. The first one is constant, and the other two are patterns. Incredible product. I wear this almost every day to loosen up my back. The combination of heat and vibration is phenomenal. You can see in the photo I attached, I sometimes wear the device with a sweatshirt and I can still feel the heat! I’ll also say I think the battery has a great life span. You can get multiple uses out of it on the high level settings. I usually plug mine in right after use anyway so it’s ready to go for me every time. 10/10 recommend.

I used to use hot pads in our college’s training room to warm up before practices and games. Since I don’t have access to that anymore, this device has been great to provide the same benefits to help me loosen my muscles and relieve any soreness or stiffness!

This vibrating, heating brace is great! It works awesome for my lower back pain. I'd recommend this for anyone with back pain or tightness. It's an excellent HSA purchase.

Great build and good heat and massage, but you cannot run off of ac power and the battery life not good enough for a product this expensive. Would not buy again.
