I've been trying to reduce household waste and water filters and bottled water were high on my list. On top of that it's more cost effective too, I don't see what you can go wrong. (I was able to find a discounted model through Warehouse Deals, making it even more affordable!) This single filter will last for years even with daily use. I did the red dye test and felt like I was doing a trick! An added bonus is that the top chamber fits onto a mason jar if you're concerned about the small size of the bottom chamber.
