These are great for the money, but have some limitations. I bought the 800 light strings. One strand did my whole roofline of a 2700 sf home. You can’t do end to end for the strands with lots of lights but you don’t need to.The remote is…sufficient, but doesn’t often work on the first press. A few of the patterns are really obnoxious, but a few are nice and mellow. I like the ability to mix soft white/colors in percentages so they almost look pastel (but still bright) or you can have the more primary colors or all soft white. One thing I had hoped was to find a set that could be all one color or a mix of certain colors, for different holidays, but probably not realistic at this price point.Overall, they’re great.
