Maybe 3 stars but I'm only giving 2 because it's so short. The quality is good, not amazing, but comfortable. The waist seems very wide for such a short skirt unless that is what you want (very short skirt). My 12 year old daughter is one size up, I think it would be a girls size 12 or 14 and I would say almost a girls size 14 maybe even a 16. I can't keep it because my daughter is very slim with long legs . and she falls down immediately, and even if I cover it, it's too short for her long legs. I think a medium size would fit her but I don't want to see how much shorter than the medium size is as the plus size is already so short. Short skirts are cute, but not that short. The overall quality and fabric is nice and thick, just not for a tall and/or slim person.
