The protective conductor was not crimped correctly. Loose in box. If you care about the safety of your family, check the ground wire.
Purchase failed 1 day after the return period closed. Garbage. The protective conductor was not crimped correctly. The wire was simply thrown into the box. I had to drill out the rivets to disassemble and solder to the ground terminal. This should be UL listed. according to documentation.
