Needed to get a pair of earrings like this to sleep in, since one of my ear lobe piercings kept sealing up. I've worn them for almost a month now and my piercings are back to normal! Even then I'm going to continue to wear these.My only minor gripe is that I wear the second smallest set, and the part that goes through the ear itself is kinda long, but if you have a different type of piercing or thicker lobes you shouldn't run into this very minor thing!
