Review on AOC 27B2H Monitor: Frameless, 75Hz, Wide Viewing ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Angle, Ultra Slim, Lowblue Mode - Ultimate Basic Display by Jared Clayton

Good monitor so far.

AOC's 32-inch curved monitor is a good monitor and when I bought it (Late Fall 2020) it was just as good value. For the past year I have been able to use it without any problems and felt comfortable recommending it. no longer as the monitor is not working properly and the issues are appearing just after the 1 year manufacturer warranty has expired. Screen flickers with random artifacts. I was able to rule out the graphics card or the defective HDMI cable as defective. problem and I took care of the monitor while it was under my care. It turns off when not in use, including auto power off after 30 minutes of inactivity. Another similar monitor I've had for a while still works perfectly, so I have to blame the monitor itself for the problem. If you get a working device, this is a solid buy. I understand that not everyone will have problems. Here are the pros and cons of the monitor: What I used the monitor for, mainly watching movies * Good color balance and color adjustments * I like the monitor stand, it's less obtrusive than my other monitor stand. Cons: * Color is a bit muted, especially before fiddling with color settings * Flicker issues started shortly after the manufacturer's warranty expired. No pros or cons but I would recommend this monitor for movies and general viewing rather than gaming due to the 60fps refresh rate. All in all, if your monitor doesn't have any issues, it's a fair buy and you'll get great value from it, but that's not my experience.
