This seller did an excellent job of responding to an issue with my purchase; Read on to find out more. I bought two packs of Ba15S 12V LED bulbs to replace the 20 year old bulbs used to light the internal staircase in my house. Two of the old bulbs have already expired and I expected the other two to do the same soon. When the new bulbs arrived, I replaced all four old bulbs and checked that they worked after each new bulb. One of the new bulbs turned out to be defective; After putting the light in and turning it on, all four lights flickered for a second or two before the auto-shutoff worked and everything went out. I've tried this lamp in three different fixtures, each time with the same result. Within an hour I emailed the seller explaining my experience and requesting a bulb replacement. After a few hours, the seller responded, asking to order another pack and promising to refund the cost of the pack of two bulbs. I ordered another package and gave the seller the order number. Within the next few hours, Revain informed me that they were processing my return. I was surprised (and very happy) that everything went so quickly and efficiently. Every time I get such a request from an online seller, I'm happy to share my experience so others know that this seller is trustworthy. I'm waiting for a new order but for now the 3 working bulbs are looking great. They were extremely easy to install and shine a little brighter than the only old bulb left.
