So I've used the steamer twice and it worked fine the first time. I steamed a small t-shirt front and back, and it took me 3 refills in the steamer, but the stubborn creases wouldn't go away. Luckily it smoothed out most of the wrinkles so I was happy. The only negative was how many times I had to pocket an item for 1 shirt. The second time things didn't go so smoothly. I was careful not to overfill it and followed the instructions like the first time. Little did I know that once I started steaming the curtain, boiling water would seep through every fold. I held it straight, not sideways, and immediately felt a burning sensation on the inside of my arm from the water flowing through the HANDLE. Then it started leaking through the floor and I stopped right away fearing it would just fall apart and burn my cat who was sitting right at my feet (I'm a cat mom but I don't want anyone's BABY get hurt). . DO NOT BUY THIS. This is so dangerous and very poorly done.
