Incomplete shipment, returning

The instructions clearly state that an adhesive label should be put on your rails to place the cross bars correctly. My shipment didn't have the label. I reached out to customer support and they didn't have the label. Returning, I don't want the risk of improperly installed bars causing an accident or vehicle damage.

Fit my 2012 RAV4 XLE perfectly. and less than half the price of what the dealer wants.

Cons

The roof rack cross bars may make loud and annoying noises while driving on the highway
