Came as a kit, with extras.
Not only is this great foam, but it came in a resealable plastic bag with tips, extra sheets/strips of thin insulation, had the ends secured so it wouldn't unravel and the adhesive actually stays stuck to the foam instead of peeling off. If it can also withstand the freezing outdoors then it's about as good insulation as you can get!
