This is a great addition to my home workout routine! I have shown it to several friends and recommended it to others. I am 80 years old and have peripheral neuropathy. The lower part of my legs is numb and numb, which causes balance problems. I used it for 3 weeks before reviewing it so I got used to using it. My balance is improving and I don't reach for my stick as often around the house. I can walk barefoot and "feel" the carpet or floor beneath my feet instead of just "tingling". So there is an improvement. Nothing gives instant results. So expect to use it on a daily basis depending on your personal circumstances. Pros: Plenty of settings, remote control to adjust settings while seated: Device is flat, doesn't strain your ankles: It's quiet and doesn't bother you when you're on the phone or watching TV. I use different modes and modes. Foot settings, depending on what "hurts" the most. If you use the pads in other places, on knees or hips, it will also come in handy. The only drawback is that there is no carrying handle. Don't be afraid to try!
