I saw an article recently that snakebites are up, and ticks, and while these can't protect you in every situation, they sure will protect you in quite a few! If you don't have any gaiters, you might not enjoy working in your garden or pasture or hiking in the woods.I don't do a lot of hiking, but there have been deer in the backyard, and this area does have fanged snakes of the venomous variety.
