Received the fan and after just a day it stopped working. It was very difficult to return the item and get a refund. First, the seller wanted me to return the product and pay for the shipping myself, when in fact it was a defective product. When, after weeks of negotiation, they asked me to make a video demonstrating the problem, they finally agreed to send a shipping label. Even after sending it back I had to remind them to process the return. It was a bad experience overall.
