Great knife for my opinion

Great knife for chopping vegetables and cutting meats. Remains sharp all the time. Easy to handle with good weight distribution.

This cleaver is so sharp! Worked great for slicing vegetables and thawed meat.But is made from very brittle steel I dropped it from no higher then 8" from my counter top and a 1" section of the blade just snapped off and it''s pretty much shot now.
