Conclusion: Everything is fine with this product. It works better with thinner and lighter phones/cases, works well in a normal sitting position and stays firmly on your controller. Besides, he doesn't like my otter box, it collapses if you tilt it too far towards you. (e.g. if you lie down and tilt the controller backwards), doesn't fold well when attached to the controller, and is too rigid to be easily removed. Mine broke trying to remove it from the controller. I recommend trying a different version.
